The Big House is in an absolutely stunning location. Very open and roomy living areas, full kitchen and plenty of spaces to relax. Bedrooms are large, super comfy beds with quality linen and loved the connected outdoor bathrooms. We stayed three nights giving us plenty of time to enjoy each of the included activities (cooking class, bridge walk, mini golf). We were able to walk through the gardens, were guided through the farmland to see the chickens, pigs and sheep. The best part of this stay was the closeby walking access to an incredible river system with multiple waterfalls and swimming pools. Carolyn and Joe are amazing hosts and have a lovely team of Ni-Vanuatu staff. There is a small basic cafe onsite and the BBQ and salad meal was awesome. Highly recommend staying a few nights if you enjoy off the grid living and being surrounded by nature.

One of the most unique places i ever stayed at. The river is a 3 minute walk away and surrounded by tropical forest. Water is clear and refreshing. Float or slide in it! You won’t risk a sunburn either as the trees offer a cooling shelter. The house is very spacious and airy, set in stunning gardens. An incredible place to unwind and relax. Carolyn and her staff go out of their way to help and make your stay a memorable one. Find your fruit in the garden… star fruit, papaya, pineapple….very sad to leave the place after four nights. Could have stayed another 5. Also miss the funny and gentle dogs… great company!
